We want you to love your music and merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all physical media remains unopened and apparel is in its original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and ensure all vinyl or CDs are protected from damage.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
